道交法修订草案拟调整电动自行车限速_我的网站

A |     新华社北京8月25日电(记者孙鹏程、刘硕)8月25日提请十四届全国人大常委会会议初次审议的道路交通安全法修订草案，将电动自行车在非机动车道内行驶时的最高时速限制从15公里调整为20公里，并且明确规定驾驶电动自行车在道路上行驶不得有逆向行驶、超速行驶、违反交通信号通行以及拨打或者接听手持电话、观看视频等行为。同时，草案规定电动自行车的驾驶人和乘车人应当按照规定戴安全头盔。               【编辑:王琴】。    APTOPIX Mets White Sox BaseballFans, top, react as New York Mets center fielder A.J.
